Do you offer customised trailers for various applications such as agriculture, municipalities and the military?

Yes, we manufacture trailers according to individual requirements. We differentiate between standardised vehicles and individually planned trailers, which can be adapted for agricultural challenges, municipal operations or military purposes, for example.

What load capacity and payload are realistic and technically permissible for your models?

Our trailers cover a range from around 6 tonnes to 20 tonnes payload. Depending on the chassis and intended use, we can offer single-axle, tandem, tridem or turntable trailers. Of course, we also supply with an Austrian or German individual licence so that the vehicles can be registered throughout Europe.

What materials do you use for the frame and body, and how are they protected against corrosion?

We use S355 tubes and sheet metal for chassis, tipper bodies and lorry subframes. You can choose between S355 and the highly wear-resistant HARDOX® 500 TUF for the floor and drop sides of the tipper body. Aluminium is also available as an optional material for the drop sides. All steel parts are sandblasted before coating. As standard, these components are coated with 2K solvent-based paint and achieve at least protection class C3L in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944. As an option, assemblies such as the chassis or add-on parts can be hot-dip galvanised.

For use in municipalities (road salt), agriculture (liquid manure, moisture) or the military (environmental influences), permanent corrosion protection is essential - this is ensured as standard with zinc dust primer and Innotec® Hi Temp Wax for this purpose. This even achieves protection class C4L and > 4,000 hours in the salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944.

Which braking systems do you install, and are there variants with ABS or EBS for greater safety?

We offer both hydraulic and pneumatic brake systems with ALB controllers. For speeds above 40 km/h, we install electronic brake systems with ABS/EBS and spring-applied parking brakes.

Can your trailers be equipped with hydraulic or pneumatic systems for functions such as tipping, ramps or steering?

Yes, we offer hydraulic and compressed air systems with or without self-supply. These include, for example, 3-sided tippers, hydraulic ramps, hydraulic drop sides or cranes - depending on the application. In addition, chassis can be equipped with air suspension and customised for almost any application in conjunction with a steering system.

How flexible are you with the coupling systems (K80 ball head, towing eye, NATO ring)?

Our trailers can be configured with various drawbar systems and couplings - both for civilian towing vehicles (40 or 50 mm towing eye, K80 ball head, bolted drawbars) and for military vehicles (NATO ring coupling). We endeavour to find the right coupling system for every vehicle combination. Height and length-adjustable drawbars are available as an option.

Which electrical interfaces and lighting systems do you offer (e.g. LED, reversing camera, additional lighting)?e.g. LED, reversing camera, additional lighting)?

The standard lighting is all LED in 12V and 24V, additional headlights or a reversing camera are optionally available. We also install additional lights (e.g. flashing lights) for local authorities and businesses and IR lighting for the military.

Are there any references in the military, municipal or agricultural sectors?

Yes, we supply large agricultural businesses, municipal building yards in several federal states, forestry and hydraulic engineering offices along the Inn and Danube rivers as well as well-known suppliers to the Austrian Armed Forces in Tyrol and Upper Austria. We can provide reference lists and contact persons if you are interested.

How are spare parts, service and maintenance organised - even for use outside Austria or in remote regions?

We have a centralised spare parts warehouse with express delivery. We also offer a service network with service partners in every region. For military or agricultural use, we also supply maintenance kits for self-maintenance.

Can you design the trailer for possible multi-purpose use (e.g. modular body, interchangeable superstructures)?e.g. modular body, interchangeable superstructures)?

Of course. Many of our customers want modular body systems: e.g. interchangeable systems for tippers, salt spreaders or flatbeds. This saves acquisition costs and significantly increases the utilisation rate of the vehicle.

Which trailers do you offer?

We produce 3-sided tippers, stake trailers, crop collection trailers, low-loaders, platform and container chassis as well as mobile emergency power generators for fire brigades and disaster control services.

Do you also offer other vehicles in addition to trailers?

We also manufacture tipper bodies for Unimog, all truck brands and agricultural tractors. We also assemble cranes and hooklifts from leading manufacturers.
